Does anyone have any info on blanching mulberry leaves I tried it and so far the leaves dry and harden within a few hours I'm not sure if that's normal or not but I would appreciate any kind of help thank you
Use chow! You'll never be able to blanch and store enough leaves to raise a significant number of worms.
After you blanch and dry the leaves off freeze them immediately. Freeze them in plastic bags. Thaw as needed.
I did a few as a test run and thawed some today is it normal for them to dry that fast?.. Is why I'm wondering is cause I'm gonna start breeding the silkworms I got more than enough mulberry trees around my house I'm just wondering how to get through the winter
