Black spot on nose

I noticed that Zero has a black spot on his nose, not sure what it is. At first he had little bits of dirt on his feet and face but hat got cleaned off and now he has a little dark spot on his nose. I know that chams turn dark if hey bruise or fell, but I'm not sure if this applies to his nose. Any input is appreciated!

Looks like a bruise or burn to me. Maybe he has been pushing his nose on the cage to try and get out or get closer to the light? Does it still look the same?
