Black dry dots

Lately I've noticed my panther has some black dots above the eye and nose, is this from a past injury or health issue? When i received him 2 weeks ago i just thought it was skin flakes, now as it clears up it actually looks like scab. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Interesting. Not alarming though. Has baby shed recently?
What is your daytime humidity and your night time humidity running?

He hasn't shed since i had him(2weeks) humidity runs between 55-60 and higher with misting. Last mist i do it at night before bed. So it goes higher to like about 70s

It does not look like he had a clean shed before he got to you then. Your daytime levels are perfect.
I would not be worried about the dots your seeing. Keep an eye on them and make sure they do not get worse though.
