They do not sting or bite, they produce a peppermint smell when handled, not the best choice for a feeder. I have Thai stick insect (P. zomproi) and the Budwing stick insect (P. That is a full adult, one of the most striking colored sticks.

No, they eat the leaves of Blackberry or Oak primarily.
