Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.

Serious lethargy, won't move, sunken eyes. Looks like he got bitten by something? I went out of town for five days and had my neighbor taking care of him. I can't get a vet appointment until tomorrow... Any advice?

Maybe a burn, but kind of an odd spot. The reason I say burn is because it looks like his left front arm has a spot also and that is one of the areas that can get burns. Also what the heck are you using for lights that are red white and blue? You say reptisun terrarium hood, but are you using a 5.0 or 10.0 uvb light itself? That is the highest your temps ever go for basking is only 72? Panthers should have a basking around 90? Normally temps have to be high to cause burns, but incorrect lighting can cause it also.
