Best way to feed worms?

I have a 4mo. old female ambilobe that I have had for about two weeks now. I free range six crickets and put six in a cup for her. She never eats the crickets in the cup, I used to just let them all go but she didn't catch them all in a day usually. She will sometimes eat a cricket off of my hand pretty fast, I got some phoenix worms for her over the weekend and she will not eat them I tried holding it on my palm and placing a couple in her empty cricket cup but they just climb out of the cup. Is there a handy trick to make a worm cup so she can try these tasty treats on her own time? Thanks.

Hmmmm, those little critters are crafty.

Then they crawl in the dirt n hatch out as ugly soldier flies...ick!!!

All I can suggest for those would be a deeper cup with a branch or vine going into it so they can't crawl out before she has chance to nab em!

Otherwise I'd try other worms, suck as little silks, hornworms, butterworms. These you can just stick on a vine/leaf.

I think the trick is to make sure the cup is smooth sided and dry, then they can't climb! Also, hand feeding is a great way to interact with your cham in a positive way. When trying new feeders it may take a while of just holding your hand out.
