Hey guys my veiled cham eggs should be hatching soon and I was wondering if 18x18x36 is a good size cage to keep them in until i can get them sold? Or will they be crowded? Im not sure how many I'll have to keep at once unless they all decide to hatch at the same time.

yes this should be ok. but what i did in the past was i would keep the hatchlings in a large tpperware container with no lid ( plants are low and medium on the ground so they cant escape ) with a uvb on top no heat required with young. This method is good to keep humidity high and kind of simulats them in the wild but you should only keep them in their for afew weeks and dont put more than 15 in one bin might have to have 2 or 3 bins. When they are a afew weeks you can move them to you screen enclosure i wouldnt recomend this 36 inch one, although it can be done whey will most likely be over crouded i would recoment two 12 by 18 by 20 inch enclosures.

Thanks buddy! I just ordered one 15x16x20 for now. It's the closest one to what you said. And I'll definatly start them off in tiny bins. Thanks again!
