Best Humidity gauge?

I would like to know the best humidity gauge, because mine barely works. Also to know the best place to put the humidity gauge. ( I have a screen cage if that helps at all)

I buy the digital hygrometer/thermometer combo off of Amazon they are ~10bucks and are reliable as long as the battery works. Whenever I've gotten weird numbers I change the batteries and they go fine again. I put two in each cage one at basking level and one in the lower plants so I can see the whole range of the cage levels at a glance.
