Best bioactive substrate for panther chameleon

Everyone,

Hello! I am looking to start my first bioactive chameleon terrarium and I was wondering what substrate do you recommend. Some of the brands that I've heard of is from the Biodude, the ABG mix from Josh's frogs, or a homemade mix. What do you recommend? I am hoping for this terrarium to be highly planted in the end. Thanks in advance!

Welp, the biodude is not highly recommended, in my opinion he's somewhere between a fraud and a scam artist... No experience with the QBG mix, though I've only heard good things about Josh's Frogs. I personally like to make my own, but that would depend on what you are comfortable with and what materials you have available
