Beaver water world and reptile zoo

There's a place i visited today in south east london called Beaver water world & Reptile zoo. I was really excited saw the site thought yeah looks good £3 admission price can't go wrong. So i'm in there now and i'm looking round and I see two veiled in the same enclosure one was about 9 months (I can tell because he looked a bit older than mine) and the other id say about 3-4 months (A bit smaller than mine) Now, let me talk about the enclosure firstly. No live plants, a water fountain, no evidence of misting etc, nothing to climb on, there was no incandecent bulb for basking plus no area for basking etc. There was numerous over things wrong but mainly the fact they had two together. Now, here's the main point...The little one was hissing at the big one just like mine does to me when he wants me to leave him alone, also mine saw his reflection once and went nuts, just like this one was at the big one. The big one was running away and he had a bit of his tail missing also (Oh btw they was both boys, both had spurs on their feet). I was so apauled I was actually really upset by this so I took some pictures and recorded a video on my phone which isn't very clear but i'm going to try and upload it any way.

Did you talk to anyone that worked there? If not then i know how it feels...i feel so helpless

i feel the same way because i saw a 9 onth old veiled in petsmart and its cage was 18" long and about 6" wide. He did however have the rightbulbs and humidity but i am glad however becasue i asked a clerk yesterday and someone bought the veiled. maybe you could talk to the keeper about the issues in the cage....
