Basking Light for Fem Jackson?

I have a 26w 5.0 repti glo UVB bulb going that keeps the top of the cage 80 +/- 2-3 degrees and towards the bottom it's 72 degrees.

Question is: should I be using a basking bulb/ house hold bulb for her also? I've been hearing mixed feelings on the topic.

As long as your temps are ok you should be fine, although be aware there is no way of statting the light source. But if the temps remain constant then its fine, because the UVB tube gives out UVA which will allow your cham to recognize the top of the viv as the area to bask.
