Baby Veiled Not Opening His Eyes

Your Chameleon - Male Veiled, he is 11 days old (He hatched on 1/1/14), He has been in my care his entire life.
Handling - I haven't really been handling the babies until I noticed that his eyes weren't open and that he is skinnier than the rest of his clutch mates. I took him out today and pretty much force fed him.
Feeding - He ate 3 flightless fruit flies today, I haven't seen him eating inside of the tank specifically but I would think he would have to have eaten something to survive 11 days. I haven't been gut loading the flies. I feed them in the late morning/early afternoon.
Supplements - I haven't done any supplements yet, I was waiting for them to be a bit older.
Watering - I mist them at least twice a day, some times three times depending on my work schedule. I mist them for about 45 seconds and I see them all drinking.
Fecal Description - It is hard to tell if he has gone to the bathroom at all, he is in a tank with 33 other hatchlings.
History - All of the other hatchlings seem fine, I own both of the parents and they have not had any issues and are healthy. They hatched after 29 weeks and 1 day.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Right now they are in a 40 gal breeder tank, once they are older I plan on moving them into a few different screen enclosures.
Lighting - I use a 75w Zilla Day Blue heat light in the day, a 60w ZooMed Moonlite heat light at night, and a Slimline Tropical UVB during the day.
Temperature - I haven't measured the temperatures, but I would say they are mid 80's during the day and mid-high 70's at night. I keep the heat light in the middle so they can bask, and they have both ends of the tank if they want to cool off.
Humidity - I have not measured humidity but I mist them well at least twice a day and I make sure that everything is wet.
Plants - I have a palm frond in there with them now.
Placement - My cage is in my living room, it is in the middle of the room so it is not near any vents, the top of the cage is about 2 feet off the floor (it is on my coffee table)
Location - I live in South Florida.

Current Problem - He has not opened his eyes since he was born, I noticed when he hatched that his eyes were closed but I assumed it was because he had just hatched. I did not notice that his eyes were still not open until today when I saw that he looked much skinnier than the others, I pulled him out of the cage and held him for about an hour and he never opened his eyes, I fed him 3 fruit flies and then put him back in the tank. He walks around pretty normally, he is just clumsy. This is my first clutch and so I was just worried about him. Thank you in advance for your help :)

I think I would separate him from the rest. Do you have a small screen cage you can put him in for some outside time? The weather is going to be beautiful here tomorrow and natural UVB would do him some good.....not in the direct sun though except maybe 20 to 30 minutes early morning. He'll get plenty of UV in the shade. You can also try some extra warm mistings. I would continue to feed him or he will become weak and die. The very best of luck with him.

I don't have a small cage now but I can get one, I will try to let him get some time outside. Thanks for your help. I hope he makes it. I'm growing very attached to him already.

Does anyone have any tips on caring for a blind chameleon? I have a feeling he isn't going to be opening his eyes. I'm still hand feeding him and trying to get him outside as much as possible but it's been chilly here the last few days. He has put on some weight and seems to be doing better but still no change in his eyes. Thanks in advance for the help :)
