Here's my Baby girl getting some sun and pool time this afternoon.
Yes, she is extremely round...she has liver failure and all that is fluid. I've taken her to the vet several times as recently as a month ago. We could drain the fluid but it would just fill back up. I honestly thought I was going to lose her 2 years ago when the diagnosis came in. I had meds the vet gave me and had fed her with baby food for about a month and then boom..ever since then she has been eating and drinking like normal. She has never shown stress lines or black beard and is still so active. She's the sweetest thing ever. She's drying off on my chest as I type this. I just adore this girl.
