Okay so I got my baby yesterday and I got him in great health but I feel he is having a lot of trouble adjusting to his environment.
Since this morning he has not left one part of his cage. I want to feed him and have him drink, but he won't walk around to see that there are crickets to eat roaming around the cage!
(the breeder fed him this way as well). I mist the leaves a few times a day with warm water and I can't say for sure if hes drinking or not. His urate yesterday was orange but I expected that because he was sitting in a box for almost 24 hours because he got shipped to my house.
He is too scared of me for me to hand feed him and if I go close to his cage I feel like I'll scare him too much from walking around and going to see that there is food to eat. (should I try and get him to move with some kind of force?) I know its early in the day but hes been up for at least 4 hours now and I still have no sign that he ate. Can someone give me some input on my situation, it would be greatly appreciated because like him, I am also feeling uncomfortable about this situation
