Obligatory update pics:

He likes to explore, he is a bit restless.

Very cute.

Today I added a 50 watt bulb and he now has an appropriate basking spot. Since then he has been noticeably more active.

Hopefully now he will eat some more bugs. He hasn't eaten much due to having low temps, but now he can bask and eat as much as he likes.

He does drink a lot too.

Help me think of a name

Good news and a bit of a bump,

He ate today. I'm sure thats the first cricket he has eaten since arrival, because I put all the others in a cup and he only ate the 1 free ranged cricket.

He has not basked yet, but he is very mellow in the morning and very hyper in the afternoon, running about the cage.

He is very active. I have yet to see him bask, but it's probably since my room is already around 68-72 degrees, so he is comfortable.

I've witnessed him eat several times, and he is NOT shy at all to come sit on my finger and drink directly from the sprayer. He is a cutie.

I was thinking more along the lines of Brynjolf, Holmes, or old sea captain names! Spike is cute though.

I am still looking for a girls name for the other little daughter of Olive's - I named one Olivia , the one who looks like a little girl , but can not come up w/ another name for the other one, the one who is already huge, like Olive, she is going to be a tank !

And that's funny, Abe is a perfect name. I was thinking about the name Lincoln! Haha!

I used to watch that movie all the time.

Truthfully, I don't have a clue what I'm going to name the little guy now. I liked Holmes and was stuck on Pepsi (I don't know why) and now even Petre sounds cute, or even Abe.

I'll just name him Petre Pepsi Abe Holmes Brynjolf lol..

He was exactly 50$ (plus 12$ for two cheap domes) and I already had a small cage set up entirely (that I was planning to sell, it's actually in the classifieds..) and I have bugs here, misting bottle here, lights already (minus the domes which I bought) ... I had everything set up basically lol.
