baby cham sleeping during the day

i bought a baby nosy be cham from Thomas "yankfanthom" the other day and UPS messed up on the order and forgot him at the facility so he was there for a whole extra day. When he arrived he looked good. Started drinking right away and shed a couple hours after getting him yesterday. Today he has almost fully shed and is still drinking good but I noticed that he was sleeping during the day today and I couldn't figure out why?... I haven't seen him eat yet, but crickets seem to be disappearing, so he might have eaten some.. Can anyone tell me why he has been sleeping?

how often do you mist?

what uvb bulb are you using? what brand and wattage?

what are your basking temps?

I mist about 3 or 4 times a day with a dripper.. Im using an 18 inch reptiglo 5.0 bulb.. Baking temps are probably around 85 degrees.

in my opinion...im still new to owning one. but i was dusting my crickets with calcium with d3 for a while and he started sleeping during the day. i switched to regular calcium and hes stays awake all day now.

I only use d3 once a month, have only had him for a day. But thom assured me that its normal for them to sleep a but during the day. Ill just keep an eye on him eating and drinking
