These mantids are meant as pets, not feeders for you chams!

Acontista Multi-color oothecae - These ooths hatch out on average 15-20 nymphs.
Here are some links to pictures of adult females:

The multi-color comes into play because adult females tend to look different from one another! Some show brilliant yellows, lime greens, and even orange and maroon! Really cool mantids.
You must offer the babies D Mel fruit flies, and once they molt into L2 (second instar) you can offer hydei. They'll eat hydei as adults, and are capable of taking down house flies!
The males fly, and their wings are beautiful! They don't really fly, more of a flutter.
Females show a beautiful wing display of different colors, purple, pink and blues, when in "threat display".
One ooth - $45.00
I have Ghost mantis nymphs, L2 nymphs! $8.00 each

And I also have L2 and L3 nymphs of
Creobroter nebulosa (Flower mantis species)
L2 are $4.00 and L3 are $7.00.
The adults have really cool wings with an awesome marking, shaped in an odd and cool way.
