Average Vet cost for a new W/C

I am new to wildcaughts, I was wondering what the average wildcaught "checkup" is, I know that would include fecals, but what else should it entail? I am completely new to wildcaughts and want to know what I am getting myself into before I jump in.

Well, that just depends on the animal I suppose. Some WC chameleons look great, they get a fecal and have near nothing wrong with them. But then you can get some that really need a lot of TLC. One of the most important things when getting a WC is getting the animals that look healthy, I have gotten in some really nice looking chameleons that looked great, but on the health-o-meeter were at the bottom, $200 later they are gone.

Thanks Chad, this guy seems to be doing good, been eyeing him for quite some time now, he has been treated a few times for parasites and is basically clean.
