are these mulberry trees/leaves

My brother informed me we had a mulberry tree across the street from us after i started looking into it for breeding silks when i get my chameleon. and i just knew ive seen all sorts of these trees around so walked around the block and found easily 10 of them.

can anyone help confirm? according to google looks like it but i appreciate other opinions

hmmm... I have never seen a mulberry tree like the little one, but those are the leaves - if they are not the right leaves, they wont eat them - so you wont have to worry about them eating the "wrong" leaf

Looks like it to me. They grow here like weeds. Literally if the lawn is not kept mowed, mulberry trees start to grow. The leaves can be fed directly to some lizards (bearded dragons and uromastyx and iguanas will eat them some), as can the berries. We humans eat the berries too. So do birds and then they leave purple staining droppings all over everything...

They certainly look like Mulberry leaves, and from the picture I would say the tree looks to be a Weeping Mulberry as opposed to the wild Mulberry that we see more frequently.

yeah if you google dwarf mulberry you will see exact images. The italians in my neighbourhood LOVEEEE them just went for a walk and they are absolutely everywhere the small ones i have found a few very large ones, there were a few i wasnt sure about but ill go check it out again another time.

the birds attack these trees in the summer always in them, the purple stains on the ground made me think of where have i seen it before and low and behold found some trees

would have been nice to know in the past that those were mulberries and some animals eat them cause i have owned a uro, beardy and currently have an iguana.
