Are these branches ok?

These are grape vines/ branches that I got from my neighbors yard. I put them in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes, but I'm still worried about sterilizing them, would these be safe?

They need a varity of branch sizes so they can change their grip.

I'll be putting bio vine and other artificial vines in addition

I only use vines/branches from outside.
The most Ive ever treated them is a blast with a water hose.

Grape vine is safe.
