Are the feeders too big...?

Hey everyone! I know the general rule is that the feeder shouldn't be bigger than the space between the chameleon's eyes, but does this include legs or is it just the size of the feeder's body? I have various different sizes of crickets and dubias and I just wanted to check that I don't give my chameleon anything too big.

If you are doubting the size then don't feed it. Especially if it is a young chameleon. crickets tend to be softer for them to munch up. Dubia I would be more careful with on size being appropriate.
