arcadia bulb uvb output

Im curious if any members that own a solarsun meter have tested the arcadia uvb bulbs?And how the readings compair to reptisun. I have read there impressive specs.I would like to hear from other members with solarmeters Thanks curt

I have a comparison Frances Baines posted elsewhere saved from some research I did earlier:

These are all in plain fixtures, no reflectors, no mesh. UV Index readings with
Solarmeter 6.5.

24" long, 18watts, T8 Zoomed Reptisun 10.0:
at 8" - UVI 1.4
at 10" - UVI 1.1
at 12" - UVI 0.8

24" long, 18watts, T8 Arcadia D3+ 12% Reptile:
at 8" - UVI 1.7
at 10" - UVI 1.3
at 12" - UVI 1.0

22" long, 24watts, T5 Arcadia D3 6% Reptile:
at 8" - UVI 2.2
at 10" - UVI 1.7
at 12" - UVI 1.4

22" long, 24watts, T5 Arcadia D3+ 12% Reptile:
at 8" - UVI 4.2
at 10" - UVI 3.1
at 12" - UVI 2.4

Curt, much better readings compared to reptisun/glo.... I dont have numbers for you right now ill have to dig them up, but i compared 24" t8 5.0 reptisun to 22" t5ho arcadia 6%.
i dont have a 48" to compare to my arcadia 46" 6% and 12% but i can get you the numbers for those individually sometime this week.

All my arcadias are t5 HO for the record

After doing my own testing and comparing, I now use these exclusively.
I actually got a bit higher UV readings with my meter at 8''.
It was 3 times higher then the equivalent size ReptiSun.

You can see the difference for yourself when comparring both. The Arcadia is a lot brighter and looks more like real sunlight.
Also, their fixtures are way higher quality then anything made by ZooMed, ExoTerra, Zilla etc.
