Appropriate stain and sealer

Hi all
hope you can help, am based in UK and have been trying to source a polycrylic sealer or epoxy paint that I can cover my marine ply with.

I personally prefer anything water base, but you can use any type. You just need to give your viv enough time to allow the VOC to bleed off. give it a week or two.
