You don't want that bulb. Use the dome for his basking spot - and just throw a cheap bulb in there of the wattage that you need to get the desired temperature. For my Panther, I use a 100watt bulb. For my Jackson's, I use a 40watt bulb. However, for the UVB/UVA, you will require a dedicated bulb and if you can get a tube over a bulb, even better.
Looking at the price tags on some of those items, I could find a much more affordable way of decorating the enclosure. I personally use one large plant, umbrella plants from Home Depot work great ($10.00ish), some pothos plants, and fake vines for $14.00 per vine from my local pet store. Beyond that, the dollar stores have some great bendable fake foliage if you need extra cover but if you buy a big enough plant you should be fine. I string the vines across the top in various ways and down into the plant. If you need to raise your plant up higher since you have a 48" cage, the dollar store carries stepping stools that fit perfectly in the bottom of the enclosures.
To each their own, just a couple tips to save some cash.
