Another upper respiratory infection? Help

So Cletus might have another Upper respiatory infection? He has the same bubbles around his mouth..... Last time he got this right as he was in the middle of his shedding stage. Now he has it again .....and again during the middle / end of his shed. I am so confused I clean his cage 2 times a day I have a fan in my room along with an air purifier. I just took him out to clean up sum of the bubbles cuz there was more than the time before. And I noticed he had skin around his " lips " / mouth. Can that just be him lubricating to get the extra skin off or would you think he has another URI ?!?!?!?! I am sooo confused. He is not open mouth breathing and he seems to be doing fine but if I need to ill take him in right now I have a few hours to spare...... Any help would be helpful
