Just wanted to share pics of Rosie @Miss Lily - she's my new regal jumping spider, she's about 1cm from toe to toe and she's very cute, not very good pictures but i was juggling concentrating on the camera and focusing and also making sure this arachnid didn't jump out and attack me!
She actually came from Ebay and was very carefully packed with a caresheet. She's settled in and made a house in some leaves and I also was able to sex one of the others now he's bigger and confirmed a male!

Omg! Omg! Rosie is just so cute! :oops:Thanks for posting this, I'm feeling so nervous about babies but seeing your photos has spurred me on. Did she jump on the camera? Mine tend to sit and watch, thankfully!

She threatened to! No she was good and I even shepherded her back WITH my FINGER- I mean I was like 5mm away from her- Bravery or what! She's quite big- she could sit on a pea and be the same size. From a lady called Maria Krecina? Can't find her on FB yet but she's into them big time.
Do you have a plan for the lings? have you got millions of pots ready?

I really do not like spiders! But these little 1s really are super cute! ..asif i actually said that :ROFLMAO: lol!

I was bitten by a wild salticid (jumping spider) in Florida. It hurt for a bit, but there was no bad reaction. It had more red coloration than yours. I have a few big captive tarantulas, but don't handle them.
