Had 21 but one went yellow yesterday.
These are from a wild caught female I purchased from Jim at the chameleon company. Excited to see what kind of colors these guys will have and to start my own blood line. The second female WC was bred to my male ambilobe Dante 7/1/12.
I havent seen a chameleon on any of the forums that resemble him. I should be looking at another clutch in a couple of weeks.
Heres a picture of both females, the male and the clutch.

OK...

I am getting confused between my sub adult Ambanja and the 3rd photo on your post.

My "ambanja" looks exactly like your pic. He is ~ 8 months old, according to the place I purchased him.

Can someone explain to me the differences between the Ambilobe and the Ambanja?

Congrats on the clutch :) You have a great looking gang there!
My Hubby & I also recently got a WC ambilobe female from Jim at The Chameleon Company & are expecting her to lay any day now. Was she fussy about digging/laying? Did you use soil or sand for her laying bin?

I tried using regualar top soil but it seemed to dry out fast. and would collapse. she still layed most of the clutch but i found 7 of the eggs at the bottom of the cage. So i went to home depot bought a bag of play sand and washed it in boiling hot water. Put half top soil and half play sand (5$)in a 12 in tall black plastic flower pot(5$). I soaked everything in water and then put it in her cage. The cluth the H5 female layed was from retained sperm in the wild. The clutch im expecting in a couple weeks is the 601 female with my male. Ill have a nice variety of hatchlings next spring + new blood line :)
