Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Purple Bar Ambanja Panther, Male, adopted 9mos ago, age: (approx. 1yr 3mos)
Handling - Hardly ever. He's a little pissy when it comes to handling.
Feeding - Crickets, 6-10 every day, calcium w/d3 powdered, gutload them with flukes cricket quencher and high calcium cricket feed.
Supplements - Fluker cricket quencher and high calcium cricket feed
Watering - I have a dripper that will drip around every 3-4 seconds, and we mist through out the day, sometimes i will turn on the humidifier in the mornings.
Fecal Description - Fecal's are normal, brown with a bit of white.
History - Bought from FL Chams early february, thats all the info i have on him.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Screen, 24"x24"x48"
Lighting - Using a ceramic heater(at night), UVB5.0, Basking light 75w (Schedule: turn on around 8am, shut off at around 8pm)
Temperature - Middle-top of cage is about 83, near basking its 92, and lower cage im sure is about house temperature 68.
Humidity - I'm not sure about the humidity levels, the gauge broke about a week ago, but I think the schedule for misting, and it dripping constantly keeps it pretty normal. it was usually around 45%
Plants - No live plants.
Placement - the cage is in a bedroom, located directly in front of a 2 panel window, it gets natural sunlight during the day, bottom of the cage is approximately 1.5ft from the floor.
Location - Louisville, Kentucky

Current Problem - Indi has not been eating, and staying in the same location on a branch fairly low in the cage. He has been there for about a full 24 hours now. The temperature is much cooler down there than it is at the top of the cage, which worries me that he's not getting enough heat or UVB (along with him not hunting/eating). Whenever i try to move him physically he puffs up and gets angry (which is pretty normal when it comes to handling, which is why I dont do it hardly ever). It is getting colder outside, is it normal for chameleons to slow down when it gets closer to winter? Should I move the cage away from the window? I'm not sure what to do.

:) Hello, sorry your so worried about your guy. It may help if you could post some pictures of him and some of your enclosure. I have a few questions though. Your using. A UVB 5.0 Is it bulb or liner tube? What brand? When was it last changed out?
On supplements: The forum usually recommends. Calcium without D3 5xs a week, Calcium with D3 2x month and a multivitamin 2x a month. Is yours with or without? If with could be getting too much D3 and I don't see what you are giving with Vit. A and what forum? Also Flukers isn't noted for being very good. Need to gut load feeders with veggies and fruit and a good dry gutload. See info below. Hopefully someone will chime in soon that can help?

Dino fuel and cricket crack are the 2 best gutloaders out there.
