That would be very tricky to accomplish. It could be done, but would cost a ton of cash.

If money is no object to you, read on....

You will need to read a lot of construction journals, and apply what you can while still maintaining good airflow.

Something similar to this would be good. Instead of a waterfall and pond, you might want to do a drip wall instead. http://www.dendroboard.com/forum/members-frogs-vivariums/32792-my-new-140-gallon-tank.html

I LOVE this one: http://www.dendroboard.com/forum/parts-construction/75976-construction-journal-big-display-tank.html That would be a good jacksonii enclosure, add good airflow and lots of climbing spaces and it would be awesome for one.

You will have to do this if you are using mostly glass.

A lot of these types of vivariums cost between $2,000-$10,000 to do everything right.

Also, all of those tanks are for dart frogs. They are an incredible living-room pet. Very active and entertaining.

A dart frog might suit your project better. However, a jackson's chameleon could do well if you keep all of their needs met. You'd have to have a big drainage bucket, since you will be misting the cham several times a day, and the drip wall can be on for 15min at a time a few times a day. (use fresh water, not recycled water that's already in the tank).

As for substrate. If the substrate is covered in moss, then it's fine. You can also add springtails and tropical sow bugs and they will break down feces very quickly for your cham.
