Am I the only one?

Everyone has said that they have received great service from mistking. I've sent them an email and I've never gotten a response. So I contacted Mist Depot and their answers are so short, I feel like I'm annoying them by having to send multiple emails to get answers. Am I the only one that's having trouble?

i've dealt w/ both and i haven't had any problems. contact marty again and explain your situation. he WILL take care of you. derek and misting depot is a good guy too. maybe he's busy or has his hands full so that's why his emails are short. i wouldn't worry about bugging him...i'm sure he will standby his business.

I was looking at aquazamp but I think the one I wanted was sold out.

you can't go wrong w/ either one. it's really a preference when you look at the two systems. i've had success w/ mistking but others have had success w/ aquazamp just the same. were you looking to purchase a misting system or have you already purchased a mistking?

I was looking to buy a mistking. So i was debating whether to get the start system and just buy extra nozzles or just get the ultimate system. what do you think?

if you don't plan on having more than 10 cages/nozzles, then i would get the starter kit and get the 2 extra nozzles BUT when you buy the other 2 extra nozzles, make sure you select Value "T" nozzle so that you can connect all 3 nozzles. the tube cutter is very handy too. it's only $5 so it's not too bad. misting depot has cheaper shipping too.
