I have a 8.5 inch long male jacksons and i was wondering how i can tell his age?
And also, at what age can i safely feed him meal worms?

Mealworms aren't a good feeder source in general because they have too much exoskeleton and not enough meat. But roaches are good! I love my roaches, best thing I ever did.
