So I have a male and female veileds. They are about the same age ( 3 months old). So I was just wondering, when will they be sexually mature enough to begin mating?

Technically, 6 month old is roughly when they hit sexual maturity.

HOWEVER- females should not be be bred until they are at least a year old, if not closer to a year and a half.

They can be capable of brreding very young. It is surely best for the female to be at least a year old and in good health before any attempt is made. They should really be in seperate enclosures from 4 months old at the latest.

They are in seperate cages. I was just curious on how soon I should start sirring about getting the necessities you know? Still have to perfect cricket breading and dubia beading, and fruitfly breading.

I would never breed a female until she was at least 1.5 years old.
Though as soon as sexual maturity colors come in, she would have access to a lay bin 24/7

Of course, always good to plan for the future :)
