Look at the back feet, if they have little nubs (they are called Spurs) at the back then ur Cham is a male. Also can u check to see the color of the chams unrated, (s)he looks dehidrated.
It's very hard to tell Veiled Chameleon ages by size since they're so variable depending on husbandry. As one example, my young male had just turned five months old in this photo:
If u guys look at the picture taking date, is 05/26/16;and the other are 06/08/16,which in comparison the cham didnt grow any bigger,therefore ,I will guess its an adult probably around 8-9month old on this cham.
