Advice please!

Hi everyone! I have a female yemen nearly a year old and her left eye is slightly closed. She has been rubbing it on her branches and has taken to sleeping on the floor. She is housed in exo terra large glass house wth waterfall, plants, branches and her diet is live food (gut loaded) and salad leaves/fruit/veg. Misted everyday.
What can I do for her???

The problem may be the waterfall because they can grow bacteria so I would take that out. Also I would get a screen cage instead
