Advice on a drainage system for a wooden vivarium.

I'm getting my baby Panther in 17 days! And just ordering the final bits. Im planning on ordering a super rain nano. Do I even need one of these or will just regular spraying be okay? If I do order one I need advice on how to create a drainage system. Also is a rain system even suitable for a wooden vivarium? Thank you!

Basically drill a hole in the bottom, glue in a piece of tube on the bottom and put something under it to catch the drainage... If you can make a slope toward the hole it's better of course

Well you have to make the wood waterproof of course...
And you need to make sure there's enough ventilation.
