I have a female veiled chameleon who I believe is about 6 or 7 months old now..I've been working all day but as soon as I got home, I saw that a piece of her poop had a bit of red-orange on the outer surface. I'd heard that this can be a sign of sickness, but I haven't heard what the disease, etc might be. Her poop has always been a solid brown piece with the urate on the end, but I'm worried she may be unhealthy now. I've been feeding her as usual--10-15 crickets every other day along with a few small pieces of fruits and veggies (which she enjoys, I don't force her to eat anything she doesn't want to). She has the standard calcium and vitamin intake that I believe she needs. Can anyone help figure out what's up with her poop? (I'm sorry if the camera doesn't show the color difference in the photo!!)
