A little advice please

Hi guys this morning as I was watching my chameleon drink I noticed a little bubble comee from the side of his mouth. It happened once or twice. He was sort of in a weird position when drinking but STILL it was a bubble. I know this is a sign of RI. However I take him to the vet over every little thing because I'm paranoid and his last visit say about two months ago he had a clean bill of health. Still I know RI can happen at any moment.

But I'm wondering, and hopefully a really experienced keeper will chime in, that in the last two days he hasn't had a good drink being as his enclosure was going through some serious remodeling. And I know dehydration can cause a similar effect or like spitty mouth perhaps is the phrase? So I'm wondering is it totally justify able to book him an appointment to be safe than extremely sorry or should I give it a few days when his drinking will be fully on track? Or am I just over reacting yet again?

They can get a bubble if they drink too much water. If he is producing bubbles on his own, then that is a different story. Watch for other signs like swallowing but not while eating, holding head with nose pointed in the air, holding mouth open to breathe, wheezing or making a popping noise.
