A few questions

So my female veiled just laid 60 eggs. yay! She is back to normal. Since she never mated with a male though, I can just get rid of the eggs, right?
Also, is that the last time she will need to lay eggs?

Wow that's a lot of eggs, glad to hear she's ok. If they are infertile you can toss them, won't be her last time though she will go back through a receptive phase and then likely lay again.

Yes, just get rid of the eggs. No, this almost for sure is not the last time she will lay eggs.
Cool her temperature a bit and back off the food. If she keeps laying 60egg clutches, she won't be with you very long. That's way too many eggs! Ideally, 25-30 egg clutches. Not only will lowering the temps and feeding her less lower her egg count, but increase the amount of time between clutches. All of which should lengthen her life span.
