Here is my boy Henry, he's been a great first chameleon.
I love his little feetsies
so. I'm pretty sure he was labeled as a red-barred ambilobe...and maybe he'll grow into it, but he looks more like a blue-bar?
Thank you for looking :]
Oh no not at all! I got him from Amazing Blue Reptiles...unfortunately when I got him I did not realize the importance of knowing the sire name..but I tried to e-mail them after I got him for his name and henry's hatch date, but they never replied :/
Yup, try to update your location so people can see where you are from. There are a few people here that are from your part of town. You can get together and meet the other wierdo herpers. lol
Thank you everyone for the kind words! After two months I must say I have absolutely fallen in love with this species, and my entire family has as well :]
He is such a joy to have and I love his little expressions and big personality. I get the 'what are you doing?' look a lot. haha
I have put a lot of love into him, as well as a lot of money, but being the most expensive reptile I've ever had...he's worth every single penny (I'm sure a lot of you feel the same way about yours!)
Henry is gorgeous! I love his name - it suits him! Chams have great li'l 'feetsies' don't they?! None of my friends have scaley pets either - apart from everyone on here, lol!
@MissLily: Thank you, I have a gehyra marginata gecko named Samuel, so I wanted Henry's name to match I think it suits him a lot too :]
I love their feetsies, I like putting my finger in an open one and then he'll grab on. Only lizard you can shake hands with. hahaha
Haha yeah, I think I was the only 8th grader breeding leopard geckos and water dragons. reptiles are awesome
