6 month female veiled

My lil girl has been going into the soil in her ficus and wen she see's me she bolts back up tree. Is it time for a laybox for her too explore..,if anything ?

She wont eat while a cell is in her face..and she just started acting like this recently she was docile and handelable

I always recommend putting a lay box in the cage of all female egglaying chameleons once they are sexually mature so she will have. A place to dig when she needs to lay eggs. It should be opaque and at least 12 "deep by 12 " by 8 " and filled with washed play sand that is moist enough to hold a tunnel.

Don't let her see you watching her while she is digging. If it happens too often it can lead to eggbinding.

From the photo I don't think she's sexually mature yet. She should have mustard/yellow splotches on her body.

Thanks Kinyonga im gonna put a laybox in her cage so she get use to it a couple more months ans shell be laying blanks
