Check out these pics of my boy. He's too adorable. When he gets fired up his white spots on his side turn dark lavender! Is this normal? I'll try to get some pics

Hey Veiled friend, this is Lambeau, he is around 4 1/2 months old. Lambeau is a Turquoise X and is showing some great colors already. Your little man is very handsome, as said, he does look a little skinny, but no worries, poor Lambeau is a little overweight (well not so bad now, as he has been on a diet for 2 weeks and is shedding some extra baggage).

iam not sure he is as old as you think here is my boy just at 6 months keep in mind he is puffed up but even when not he is a lot bigger then yours

he will be 5 at the end of this month, my mistake and the pictures may be deceiving! he actually is quite the little chunker. eats at least 10-12 crickets every day and has a good body mass, maybe even on the thicker side
give him treats like cockroaches, wax worms, fruits, veggies. what are some fruits and veggies your little guys like? thanks for the feedback. that was my first post

You might want to up the feeding to 15 - 18 with treats depending on what size crix and other feeders you have. Also he has to eat them all so if he is leaving some behind then you are spot on. I am not sure he is too skinny. I know there are times that mine looks realy skinny and others he looks like a piggy (Veileds are deceptive that way). Depends on the angle and how stretched out they are. I think everyone saw rib bones and got that skinny feeling.

Trying to keep his cricket intake on the lower side to prevent any MBD. I've read a lot of places that overfeeding can lead to bones that grow too fast for the animal (we all know how fast chameleons can grow at this stage). Correct me if I'm wrong though? Also, I wasn't worried about the lavender spots... more so excited they look amazing. thanks for your input

Most def agree he's to skinny. Maybe try wax worms a 2/3 times a week to get some more weight on him ?
