One of mine laid at 32 days and the other at 34. She is just checking out where she likes. Make sure your laying medium is not too wet or too dry. If you take a handful and squeeze it it should hold the ball shape without dripping water at all. If you have a small plant, put that into your containier. Seems they like to lay under a root ball. However, all I do is put a stick in my bucket to help her get in and out. Trapping her in the bucket only stresses them if they aren't ready to lay.
