1st shed

My Kharma girl is going thru her 1st shed. is there anything to do to help her, from all i have read i understand to leave her alone and only help if like the skin isn't leaving from her eye areas etc. I am so relieved as she has been off her game for a couple of days and was worried she was ill, but alas she is shedding big time today.

cool no worries she was just getting a good drink going as well. she has started to drink when i spray gentle and catches it in her mouth, psuedo dropper method, lol that was nice to see her just being her goofy self i did rearrange some plant items so that she can go in and thru to rub off the dry skin as she pleases
