17 Carpet Chameleon Eggs!

How long is incubation period? Also, the eggs will swell as the baby grows, and as it takes moisture in.

best of luck with the eggs

producing viable egg is hard enough with a long term captive in ideal monitored conditions.

im sorry to say but you have your work cut out.

if they were developed when you got her, that means she was producing them while being stressed out beyond belief.

being caught, held, moved, exported, imported, held, sold, home thats more stress than you can imagine. and trying to produce eggs while being that stressed along with less than ideal nutrition. its a great thing she was able to lay with out complications.

i would be extremely happy she layed and made it through that. dont mate her for a while and treat her like a princess untill shes fully recovered. shes most likely been through hell to produce those eggs and get to your door.

how wonderful these animals are

Incubation Period is about 5-7 months, We'll keep them for 3 months after they hatch to make sure all is well then I will post them once there ready for homes! There Beatuiful Chams!
