I have a 11 month old blue bar Panther his poop is shriveled and dry when it comes out. I have him on a steady diet of crickets. Super worms like 3 times a week. I powder the crickets by lightly dusting his food with mineral from sticky tongue farms 3 times a week. .I also gut load feeders with cricket crack. And fresh fruit. And veggies. He is hydrated drinks daily. .Anyone can help Thanx..

are you dusting with minerall indoor or outdoor? Have you ever used a multivitamin? Are you sure it is poop and not a sperm plug?

Mineral I has d3 in it as well. You are most likely over doing the d3. You should get some phosphate free calcium w/o d3 for daily feeding and limit the mineral to twice a month. Jmo

yes Reptoman is correct and Minerall Indoor has d3 in it. That is why I asked. Check the label you will see. I am not so sure that will cause shriveled up poop though. There might be something else going on there but the d3 is something you will want to change. Get the minerall outdoor or another d3 free calcium to use. Is your chameleon well hydrated?? What have you been feeding him?

Dry poop often is the result of a hydration issue r u seeing him drink? Agree with others use calcium without d 3 for regular feelings just in my very humble opinion as many on this forum have lots more info and are probably better informed then I!!!
