Mine actually will climb upside down to sit or hang underneath the UVB bulb. I figure he knows what he's doing because he doesn't do it anywhere else.

I don't know if that type of language is necessary. He is trying to do the right thing, just think of how many people just walked/drove by it. He could have left it in the street. Not to mention the fact that you don't even know him.
