well done chris. im no expert on chams so didnt say anything as i would never of known it was NOT possible before joining this site. This site is brilliant. Do hope no one gets caught out thinking they got some kind of special cham!!

Have had my pygmy chameleons a little over 2 weeks now chams have been doing well and i would say 1 was smaller then the others on delivery. could not see 1 today but trying to find them is a hard task anyway. found the sick one on the floor, she is very weak and very dark in color...

I would say if no male is present then she would not be gravid. She could be full of infertile eggs or just like her food alot. :D Im no expert but my friends cham started laying eggs the other day and she hadn't been with a male either

Have pygmy chams and as you all know they are not the most colorfull of chameleons so my questions are 1 how do you know they are ready to mate? 2 how can you tell if the females are gravid? Can only find info about them once they have laid but really wanted to know how to spot the...

Thx for the warm welcome to the forum :) do find myself looking around the enclosure trying to find them, they blend in so well. Actually got to see one of them eat today which was amazing
