What are the "Rudi's class. Are they about the size of the Cape Dwarfs I was looking for?

I'm new to Cham's and am setting up a 50 gall vivarium. I have been doing some research into the smaller Chameleon's and really would like to get a Cape Dwarf Chameleon but cant find anywhere to purchase them. Anyone know where I can get one? Thanks, Seabass
