she drew a sample from the lump and said she looked at the cells underneath a microscope, she called me the next day and said she saw abnormal cells and it would cost $50 more for someone more specifically trained to examine the slide to see whether or not it was an absess or a tumor, so she...
Thank you for the kind words. He still seems to enjoy life, rock hard grip and he climbs all around his cage and likes to even walk around and explore the room. i wish there was more for me to do but i'm at a loss.
My vet said she saw abnormal cells but she would need to get it double checked...
hey guys, just thougth i'd give you an update about Dali my 3.5 yr old veiled cham. I went to the vet and got the cells form the lump examined and eventually found out its a tumor and theres nothing i can really do other than radiation (its too big to be amputated) which is def. not an option...
i'm in no way willingly letting him die, i'm extremely attached to my chameleon and i'm doing everything i can with the antibiotics as it is. He's been stressed out for days from the vet visit and having blood drawn and i know he doesn't want to go through it again. IF these antibiotics seem to...

It all started on the first day (5 days ago) when i noticed he hadn't eaten in 3 days (he usually eats around 2 superworms every day, ive spoiled him so he wont eat crickets). I found it odd, but gave him a bunch of...
Another possibility for your cham crawling at the bottom is she might be trying to get to something outside your cage. Is she scratching at the corners/bottom? Any tall lampposts nearby? their life goal is to get pretty much as high as they can...Mine used to scratch at the bottom of one side of...
How often do you mist the cage? My cham usually does it when its dry/hot in the cage. I just give the whole thing a nice mist and he'll usually close his mouth.
