It is a 24x24x48" mesh enclosure. I also misreported the current enclosure's size. The one he was originally sent home in was 18x18x24.

Quick update: we found a shop about 1.5 hours away that will set us up with everything Neelix needs tomorrow! They've set aside a nearly identical kit to Neptune's Advanced Kit for us. They've also been extremely supportive and willing to guide us through everything we've been concerned about...
